Our community has reached a critical turning point. In response to the proposed 398-unit development at the Woodland Hills Country Club, neighbors have come together and have launched a petition on change.org. We are united in calling on the City of Los Angeles to halt the processing of this project under the fast-tracked AB 2011 and AB 2243 statutes. By seeking exemption from CEQA review, this proposal threatens to bypass essential environmental and safety checks that are crucial for protecting our canyon, our homes, and our evacuation routes.

The stakes could not be higher for those of us who call this neighborhood home. This isn't just about construction; it is about ensuring the safety and preserving the character of our community.
